Patricia Blumenauer

Patricia Blumenauer has a strong background in management and operations. Patricia is currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Philadelphia Works, Inc., a position they have held since 2016. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Operations and Data, Director of Workforce Operations, and Manager of Integrated Systems at the same company. In these roles, they oversaw workforce operations providers, ensured compliance with funding source requirements, and evaluated performance management reports.

Before joining Philadelphia Works, Inc., Patricia worked at CORA Services, Inc. from 2003 to 2016. Patricia held various roles including Director of Intervention Services, Program Coordinator, Therapist/Assessment Counselor, and Case Manager. In these positions, they managed counselors and case managers, conducted supervision meetings, and reviewed documentation and record-keeping.

Patricia also has experience as a Childcare Worker at St. Mary's Children Services from 2002 to 2003.

Patricia Blumenauer obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development from Cornell University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Patricia later pursued a Master of Science degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College between 2004 and 2007. In addition to their formal education, Patricia earned a certification in "Financial Success for Nonprofits" from Cornell University in December 2022.
