Rachel Keith

Deputy Director, Audience Engagement & Curatorial Affairs at Philbrook Museum of Art

Rachel Keith has had a long and varied career in the art world. Rachel began in 1999 as a Manager for Artsmarketing Services Inc. / The Cleveland Orchestra and The Houston Symphony. In 2001, they took on the role of Curator for a Private Collection. Rachel then moved to the Saint Louis Art Museum in 2002 as a Research Assistant. In 2004, they became the Chief Registrar at the Kemper Art Museum, Washington University. Finally, they joined the Philbrook Museum of Art in 2016, first as the Deputy Director of Audience Engagement & Curatorial Affairs and then as the Director of Collections and Exhibitions.

Rachel Keith attended Booker T. Washington High School from an unknown time until 1996. Rachel then went on to The University of Texas at Austin, where they obtained a BA in Art History in 1999. Rachel continued their education at Washington University in St. Louis, where they earned their MA in Art History in 2002.
