Maria Tereza Terra-Long

Maria Tereza Terra-Long is an experienced professional in poultry science with a distinguished academic background, including a PhD from Auburn University. Currently serving as NA Technical Services Manager for Phileo by Lesaffre, Maria Tereza focuses on supporting sales efforts and managing poultry research projects in North America. Previously, as a Graduate Research Assistant at Auburn University, Maria Tereza mentored graduate students and coordinated multiple animal studies, resulting in significant contributions to scientific presentations and outreach. Maria Tereza has also held roles in marketing, veterinary technical support, and leadership within various organizations, demonstrating expertise in poultry health, research, and education.
