Sidonie Flipo is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations. Currently serving as Directeur des ressources humaines at Phileo by Lesaffre since February 2024, Sidonie previously held roles at Lesaffre as a Human Resources Business Partner, Anheuser-Busch InBev as People Business Partner for France, and AG2R LA MONDIALE as HR Project Manager and Human Resources Business Partner. Sidonie's career highlights include enhancing business performance through strategic HR initiatives, implementing new processes, managing recruitment and development efforts, and overseeing various operational responsibilities across different sectors.
