Maureen Cadwell

Maureen Cadwell has significant experience in healthcare leadership, starting with their current role as Chief Executive Officer and Interim CEO at Philip Health Services since May 2023 and March 2023 respectively. Prior to this, they served as CEO at Weston County Health Services from September 2012 to March 2023. Before that, they were the CEO of Sanford Health from June 2003 to August 2012, and previously held the position of CFO from May 1998 to June 2003. Their early career includes a role as Director of Budget & Finance at the South Dakota Department of Human Services from 1993 to 1998.

Maureen Cadwell obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Dakota from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they studied Business Administration and Public Accounting at the University of Sioux Falls from 1985 to 1987. In addition to their educational background, Maureen Cadwell has also obtained certifications such as the WY Nursing Home Administrator from the Wyoming Board of Nursing Home Administrators in November 2012, and the SD Nursing Home Administrator License from the SD Nursing Home Administrators in January 2004.
