Andrada Clontea is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in digital workplace and collaboration management, currently serving as the IT DW&C Service & Engineering Manager at Philip Morris International since September 2019. With previous roles as Product Manager and Global Solution Manager focusing on conferencing technologies, Andrada has effectively led teams to enhance service delivery and user experience across multiple countries in Europe. Prior to Philip Morris, Andrada excelled as Operations Manager at Amazon, contributing to the establishment of the Alexa Data Services team in Romania, and held various management positions at PTC, Microsoft Corporation, Oracle, Zapp, and Orange.
