Dr. Stefan Kaiser

Dr. Stefan Kaiser serves as Director and Senior Patent Counsel at Philip Morris International since October 2005, having previously held roles including Senior Counsel for Morocco and Senior Patent Counsel. Concurrently, Dr. Kaiser has been a tutor on European Patent Law at the Centre d'Etudes Internationales de la Propriété Intellectuelle since January 2006. Prior experience includes working as a Patent Referent at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen and as a Research Scientist at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Dr. Kaiser holds multiple degrees, including a Diplom in European Patent Litigation from the Université de Strasbourg and a Dr. Ing. in Maschinenbau from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, among other educational qualifications in physics.
