Hugo Garrido

Hugo Garrido is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in Human Resource management, currently serving as the Head of Product & Experience Delivery for Europe at Philip Morris International since November 2006. In this role, Hugo focuses on fostering partnerships between market-level HR teams and central Delivery and Design teams to enhance employee experience. Previously, Hugo led the HR function for PMI's Global Business Services, oversaw multiple HR managerial roles across Latin America and Canada, and played key roles in establishing HR service centers and implementing new operating models. Hugo holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Fernando Pessoa, a Post Graduate degree in Marketing from IPAM, and completed the HR Development Program at Cornell University, along with additional training at Digital House.
