Jay Ramos

Jay Ramos has over 19 years of experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as the People and Culture Director for Philip Morris Pakistan and Head of P&C for Operations across Asia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Duty Free. In this role, Jay leads the People & Culture-Operations Function for 2,000 employees across multiple manufacturing and sales locations. Previously, Jay was the Manager of Human Resources at Sutherland Global Services, where responsibilities included establishing and leading the HR-Talent Management Department. Earlier career experience includes a position as Management Training Supervisor at Sykes Enterprises. Jay holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University.
