Jesse Rolim

Jesse Rolim is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as Engineering Lead at Philip Morris International since October 2022, Jesse guides scrum teams in developing a new Product Information Management solution. Prior roles include Engineering Manager at COCUS Portugal, where responsibilities involved overseeing a scrum team for TUI AG, and earlier positions as Team Lead & QA Automation Engineer, where Jesse focused on test automation frameworks. Previous experience also includes leading teams at ADP Brazil Labs and quality engineering at Instituto de Pesquisas Eldorado. Jesse holds an MBA in Project Management in Digital Business from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and has pursued graduate studies in Web Applications at Universidade Federal do Rio Grande.
