Mark Fraenkel is an experienced procurement and operations professional with a strong background in managing and leading various businesses. Currently serving as the Procurement Account Lead Indirects at Philip Morris International since November 2021, Mark previously worked as a Procurement Category Manager at Pana Organic from December 2020 to November 2021. Mark also held the position of Head of Operations and Procurement at Glick's Cakes and Bagels for nearly a decade, contributing to the company's success as a leading bakery product distributor in Australia. Earlier experience includes serving as Director at Mel Imports Pty Ltd, where Mark established a proprietary company to successfully import confectionery products from the USA, and as Managing Director and COO at London Supermarket in the UK, where Mark played a pivotal role in transforming the struggling business into a profitable enterprise.
