Steven Lum

Steven Lum serves as the Global Lead and Senior Manager of Global Compensation and Incentives at Philip Morris International since June 2022, overseeing the consolidation of variable incentive plans and participating in enterprise technology assessments related to compensation. With extensive experience in human resources and compensation, Steven has held multiple leadership roles, including Global Head of Compensation at Crestron Electronics and Vice President of HR and Practice Operations at Wise Center for Plastic Surgery. Additionally, Steven has contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member for the MS HRM Program at NYU School of Professional Studies from June 2010 to May 2024, focusing on information technology aspects in HR. Early career experience includes key positions at JPMorgan Chase, AT&T Wireless, and various firms, blending strategic HR initiatives with robust compensation frameworks. Steven holds an M.S. in Industrial Relations from Pace University and a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
