Tycho Bueninck

Tycho Bueninck is an experienced leader in supply chain management with over 20 years at Philip Morris International. Currently serving as the Director Operations Customer Service for PMI Global Travel Retail, Tycho oversees a global team managing comprehensive supply chain operations across 160+ countries. Key achievements include implementing an Integrated Business Planning process that aligns strategy with execution, saving $40M through a Global Loss on Goods Destroyed strategy, and restructuring EU manufacturing operations for significant cost savings without supply disruptions. Tycho's diverse roles at PMI encompass strategic initiatives, manufacturing excellence, and customer service optimization, complemented by early experience in production supervision and research and development at Procter & Gamble. An alumnus of Delft University of Technology, Tycho holds a Master of Science in Applied Physics.
