Fernando Bustos Cardemil

Fernando Bustos Cardemil is a legal professional with extensive experience in financial, banking, and corporate law. Currently serving as an Asociado Principal at Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uria since November 2017, Fernando has also held positions as an Asociado Senior and a Secondee at Uría Menéndez from September 2023 to September 2024. Prior to this, Fernando worked as an Asociado at Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos from December 2014 to November 2017, providing assistance to national and international companies on financing projects and corporate advisory matters.
