Ch N has extensive experience in communication and media management, currently serving as the Assistant Regional Director and Information Center Manager at the Philippine Information Agency since June 1998. In this role, Ch N oversees the Information Center in Cebu. Additionally, Ch N has been an Information Officer 2 and Regional News Editor at Dumaguete Star Informer since 1997, responsible for editing news stories and designing layouts. The Philippine Information Agency (PIA) is the public information arm of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines as mandated by Executive Order No. 100 signed in 1986. PIA serves the Office of the President through the Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO), National Government Agencies, Government Owned and Controlled Corporations, Government Financial Institutions, local government units, and other public sector entities in communicating their programs, projects, and services to the Filipino people.
