Frances Lois Ngo

Frances Lois Ngo is an accomplished academic and research professional with extensive experience in health policy and financing. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the University of the Philippines Manila and a Research Associate at the Philippine Institute for Development Studies, Frances is involved in significant projects such as the UHC Provider Payment Reforms and the assessment of budget allocation effectiveness in public health. Additionally, Frances holds a position as a Research Associate at the Asian Development Bank, focusing on data validation and analysis for healthcare costings. Frances earned a Master in Health Social Science from De La Salle University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Pharmacy from the University of the Philippines.
