Frederick Ian dela Cruz

Frederick Ian dela Cruz is a seasoned professional in consumer finance and payments systems, currently serving as Division Head at Philippine National Bank since April 2018, overseeing critical projects in credit cards, ATM services, and consumer lending. Previously, Frederick held various roles, including Department Head of Cards Systems Management at 2C2P and Senior Executive in Business Development at BSI Neville Clarke, where expertise in identifying strategic opportunities and managing project documentation was demonstrated. Experience also includes positions at Rustan Commercial Corporation and Abbott Philippines, focusing on business systems and demand management. Frederick holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics from De La Salle University and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Statistics from the University of the Philippines.
