Ruel A. Avilla

Ruel A. Avilla is the current Director for the Center of Planning & Quality Assurance at Philippine Normal University. Ruel has also been a faculty member at De La Salle University - Dasmariñas from June 2009 to December 2016, teaching in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics (MSD) and College of Science and Computer Studies (CSCS). Prior to that, they were also a faculty member at Emilio Aguinaldo College from June 2007 to March 2008 in the College of Arts and Sciences.

Ruel A. Avilla has a Doctor of Philosophy in Science Education major in Mathematics from De La Salle University, a Master of Education in Mathematics from Philippine Normal University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics for Teachers from Philippine Normal University.

Their manager is Adonis P. David, VP, Research, Planning & Quality Assurance. They work with Marie Paz E. Morales - Director, Publication Office, Gina O. Gonong - Director, Research Center for Teacher Quality, and Erminda C. Fortes - University Coordinator, ISO Certification Office.
