Victor Gelano

Victor Gelano is the Head of Real Estate Development at Philippine Transmarine Carriers, Inc. since 2017, leading initiatives to optimize property holdings and expand the company's portfolio through diverse projects including townships, commercial estates, and hospitality ventures. Concurrently, Victor serves as the Director of the Hotel and Restaurant Group and as the Director of Corporate Resources, overseeing functions such as Property Management and Central Procurement across the organization. Since 2019, Victor has also been President of Constellation Travels Inc. and, since December 2020, a University Instructor at Capilano University, teaching in the Schools of Business and Tourism Management. Victor's previous experience includes leadership roles at The Envoy Hotel Group and Wine Warehouse Corporation Philippines, as well as various management positions at Hilton Worldwide. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Northampton and a Bachelor's degree in International Hotel Management from ICHM, among others, highlighting expertise in real estate development and hospitality management.
