Christina Doherty

Christina Doherty is an experienced educator specializing in reading and math for grades K-4, currently serving as an Academic Interventionist at Philip's Academy Charter School, Inc. since November 2015. In addition to this role, Christina has served as a Color Guard Instructor for various high schools, providing instruction across New York and New Jersey. Past positions include leave replacement and substitute teaching for multiple school districts, with a focus on elementary education and special education. Christina holds a Master of Science in Literacy and Special Education from Mount Saint Mary College and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from SUNY New Paltz.
