Natalie Guy has an extensive work experience history. Natalie began their career in 1996 with GlaxoSmithKline as a Pharmaceutical Consultant and Project Manager for merger integration activities. Natalie then moved on to Unilever in 2003, working as a Project Manager in the Go-to-Market and Program Management Office. In 2005, Natalie joined INROADS as the Sales and New Business Development Director. Natalie later became the Director of Alumni Engagement at Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) from 2008 to 2010. Natalie then established their own consulting firm, Natalie Guy Consulting, LLC in 2010, where they worked as the Principal Consultant. In 2011, they joined Morgan Stanley as the Vice President of Diversity Strategy until 2013. Most recently, Natalie Guy has been serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Philip's Academy Charter School since 2019.

Natalie Guy received a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Hampton University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Natalie later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus in Finance and Marketing from New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business, attending from 2001 to 2003.
