Alison Bakken

Alison Bakken is an operations leader with extensive experience in the medical device and life sciences industries, having progressed from engineering roles to senior operational leadership. They have worked at companies such as St. Jude Medical and Abbott, where they held positions including Site Director of Operations and Senior Manufacturing Supervisor. Currently, at Philips, Alison serves as Plant Leader for Image Guided Therapy Devices, while also contributing as Director of Manufacturing Operating Systems at Donaldson, where they are responsible for establishing operations for a new Life Sciences business vertical. Alison holds a BS from Michigan Technological University and an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
