Arno van Hekesen

Arno van Hekesen has a background in law, with experience working in various legal roles at Philips since 1999. Arno currently serves as the Vice President and Head of Legal for M&A, Innovation, and Operations at Philips, overseeing mergers, acquisitions, divestments, partnerships, and alliances. Arno has also held positions as a lecturer and corporate lawyer, handling M&A, corporate alliances, and partnerships. With a Master of Laws degree from Utrecht University, Arno brings a strong legal expertise to their roles.
