ASLI GUILLAUME is an experienced Continuous Improvement Lead for Philips since June 2005, specializing in lean and continuous improvement activities across Europe. ASLI has held various roles focused on process improvement within the supply chain and customer service sectors, leading initiatives such as Daily Management, Value Stream Mapping, and Kaizen Events. Prior to Philips, ASLI worked as a Sales Representative at Cesur Packaging Ltd. and served as an English Teacher at MEV High School. ASLI holds an MBA from Yeditepe University and a degree in English Teaching from Istanbul University.
