Barbara Koop

Barbara Koop is a human-centered leader with a Master's degree from Utrecht University and a strong background in cognitive psychology and AI. Currently serving as the Head of Usability at Philips, they drive transformation to enhance user-centricity in healthcare design. With previous roles including Design Director at Philips and Head of User Experience at funda, Barbara is skilled in usability, user experience, and design thinking. They also own The Flowlab, where they focus on coaching and promoting a customer-centric approach in various organizations.
