Bing Zhao is currently the Director & Senior IP Counsel at Philips, where they lead the licensing program and drive IP monetization initiatives across Greater China. With a strong background in patent prosecution and IP counseling, Bing has previously served as a Patent Attorney at CCPIT Patent and Trademark Law Office and a Senior Patent Attorney at Jun Bing Law Offices. Bing holds two Master of Science degrees in Signal and Information Processing and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information Engineering, all from Tongji University. As a member of the Philips China IP Issue Committee and chief editor of the internal IP Newsletter, Bing demonstrates both legal expertise and business acumen.
