Christopher Olsen

Christopher Olsen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in order management and business process optimization. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager, E2E Business Process Expert - Order Management at Philips since April 2022, Christopher leads global order management programs within the Global O2C Process COE. Prior to this role, Christopher worked at BD for nearly 14 years, holding various positions including Associate Director of Business Process for North America Supply Chain, where responsibilities included accelerating order management capabilities and optimizing customer order practices. Other positions at BD included managing e-business operations, collaborating on strategic initiatives for supply chain improvement, and leading a customer support team focused on electronic order processing. Christopher holds a B.S.B.A. in Management from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg and has prior education at Wesley College, Delaware.
