Deeptha Khanna

Prior to joining Philips in 2020, Deeptha was President of Johnson & Johnson’s Skin Health business and Office of Marketing Value. Through 2015 – 2019, she held various Johnson & Johnson leadership positions in Asia and globally. Prior to this, Deeptha spent 17 years at Procter & Gamble in Asia, where she held various business and marketing leadership positions.

Deeptha was born in India in 1976 and is now a citizen of Singapore. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics, Mathematics and Computer Science from St. Francis College, Osmania University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore - where she was the first female to be elected to the post of student body president.

Deeptha is passionate about creativity and communication - she has served on the Board of the Association of National Advertisers in the United States and is also a published author. Deeptha currently lives in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with her husband and two sons.
