Denise de Bont has extensive experience in biomedical engineering and education. At Eindhoven University of Technology, Denise served in various roles, including as a member of the student promotion team, a mentor for first-year students, and a tutor for bachelor courses in Biomedical Engineering and Biosensors. As a PhD student at the MERLN Institute for Technology-Inspired Regenerative Medicine, Denise focused on developing a medical device for islet transplantation related to type 1 diabetes, while also acquiring various relevant skills and certifications.
