Erik Pastink

Erik Pastink has extensive experience in intellectual property (IP) and project leadership within the technology and healthcare sectors. At Océ Technologies, Erik served as Project Leader in a multidisciplinary R&D environment from May 2005 to November 2007. Subsequently, Erik held various senior roles at Philips from November 2007 to September 2011, including Head of IP Precision Diagnosis and Senior Director, where responsibilities encompassed global IP licensing in HealthTech, managing business development, negotiations, and litigation. Erik has a strong background in IP creation, transactions, and litigation as Senior IP Counsel and served as IP Business Partner for Diagnostic Imaging, overseeing all IP matters and leading a global team. Erik holds a cum laude MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and completed courses to become a registered Dutch and European patent attorney.
