Hinke Malda has extensive experience in leadership and innovation within the healthcare and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as the Global Head of Philips Innovation Effectiveness, as well as holding roles such as Chief of Staff for Philips Innovation & Strategy and Global Head of Philips Innovation Strategy since April 2017, Hinke has a strong track record in driving strategic initiatives at Philips. Additionally, Hinke is the Vice President of the Supervisory Board at Fontys Hogescholen and a member of SER Topvrouwen. Prior experience includes significant roles at DSM, including Global Business Director for Medical Device Coatings and various leadership positions in business development and project management. Hinke holds a Ph.D. in Chemical and Biomedical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and has pursued leadership education at INSEAD and Nyenrode Business University.
