Chahid Jarmouni

Global Head Of Renewables & New Ventures at BB Energy

Chahid Jarmouni currently serves as the Global Head of Renewables & New Ventures at B.B. Energy, a position held since September 2020. Prior to this role, Chahid was a Senior Finance Manager for Oil & Gas in the EMEA and Latin America regions at Glencore from January 2011 to July 2020, where responsibilities included handling upstream and downstream M&A and structured financing. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Energy & Commodities Finance for the Gulf Region at BNP Paribas and as an Associate in Structured Commodity Finance at Societe Generale. Chahid holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance & Capital Markets from Sciences Po and a Master’s degree in Economics & Finance from La Sorbonne University.
