Kannan Chellappan

Kannan Chellappan is the Director of R&D at Philips, where they lead global engineering development teams focusing on the PACS product and handle customer escalations. Kannan specializes in the embedded domain with an emphasis on medical devices, overseeing solution architecture, product development, and bid management. Previously, Kannan served as a Senior Practice Manager at Wipro Technologies, contributing to medical device development and telecommunications projects. Kannan earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Madras and a Master of Science in Software Systems from BITS Pilani.
