Latricia Hemphill

Latricia Hemphill, MBA, is a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist with over 16 years of experience in regulation, quality, and process development. Previously, at Philips, they developed and executed regulatory strategies for medical devices, while their roles at Terumo Cardiovascular Group included managing recall activities and authoring regulatory compliance documents. Latricia has also served as a Laboratory Coordinator at Henkel Corporation and managed event logistics as a Project Manager for the Pink Ladder Organization. They hold a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Microbiology from Southern University and A&M College.
