Eylü Ege Altay is a Quality Assurance Specialist in Regulatory Affairs and Certifications at Eti, with a focus on compliance with global regulatory changes in the food industry, including categories such as chocolate, cakes, and baby foods, since January 2023. Previously, Eylü Ege served as a Production Engineering Intern at Anadolu Efes in June and July 2022, where tasks included monitoring production processes and evaluating the quality of machinery and raw materials in a beer production plant. Eylü Ege gained initial industry experience as a production intern at Atatürk Orman Çiftliği Müdürlüğü in August and September 2021. Eylü Ege holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from Middle East Technical University (2017-2022) and is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Brand Communication at Anadolu University since September 2022. Additional educational experiences include attending Özel Mehmet Tunç Anadolu Lisesi and Dr. Binnaz Ege-Dr. Rıdvan Ege Anadolu Lisesi, as well as completing a language program at EF Executive Language Institute in Bristol, England.
