Len Dikker

Len Dikker has extensive experience in logistics and supply chain management, having served as General Manager at SONY Logistics Europe from 2003 to 2006, where they focused on operations and program management. They began their career as a Project Manager at Europe Combined Terminals, leading the startup of a fully automated container handling terminal from 1990 to 1995. At Philips, Len held several key roles, including Warehousing & Distribution Lead for Europe and APMEA from 2012 to 2020, and developed strategies for warehousing and distribution as W&D Capability Manager from 2009 to 2012. Len also pursued a Master's degree in Transport & Logistics Management from Tilburg University and completed a Management Development Program at IMD in 2002.
