Leo has also served in senior management roles at other companies, focusing on quality assurance and operational development. They hold a Master of Engineering Management from the University of Technology, Sydney, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Manitoba. Additionally, Leo is a certified Quality Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt.
