Lia Haley

Lia Haley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality compliance and regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Director of Global Quality Compliance at Philips since February 2007. In this role, Lia provides leadership to the Global Quality Compliance team, overseeing critical programs such as FDA Inspection Readiness and Compliance Communication. Previous positions at Philips include Director of Compliance Communications, where Lia developed strategies to communicate Quality Management System best practices, and Sr. Program Manager for Clinical Audit, managing a global internal clinical audit program. Lia's career also includes roles in academia as Associate Director of Human Subjects Administration at Harvard School of Public Health, legal practice as an Attorney at Harmon & Robertson, PC, and project coordination for the U.S. Department of Justice Prevention Project. Lia holds a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Miami.
