Maaike Schaapman

Maaike Schaapman is currently a Senior IP Counsel at Philips, a position held since 2017. Prior to this role, they worked as a Dutch and European Patent Attorney at Marel Poultry from 2004 to 2017. Maaike earned a Master's degree in Astronomy and Astrophysics and a PhD in Physics from Radboud University, where they studied from 1994 to 2004. Additionally, they attended The American Embassy School in New Delhi and completed their secondary education at Stedelijk Gymnasium Nijmegen.
