Markos Mebellis

Markos Mebellis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community management and customer experience across multiple industries. Markos co-founded Castle CO., ltd, a provider of integrated blockchain solutions, and later served as Community Lead at In the Meta, a Web3 marketing agency, where responsibilities included overseeing community management processes. As Head of Community at Istari Ventures, Markos implemented systems for performance tracking and quality control in community management. Markos also contributed to community and growth marketing at Gate.io, enhanced customer success at Zealy, and currently serves as a Customer Experience Manager at Philips, specializing in bilingual support for North American clients. Markos holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Applied Science in the same field, both with First-Class Honours from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
