Melissa Lowe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales training, leadership development, and talent management across various organizations, including Philips, Orthofix, Systagenix, and Johnson & Johnson. Currently serving as the Director of Executive Education and Leadership Development at Philips, Melissa has successfully implemented programs that have significantly enhanced internal promotion rates and boosted corporate sales performance.
