Michael Francia has extensive experience in sales and leadership within the healthcare industry, currently serving as the Northeast District Sales Leader for Patient Monitoring at Philips since August 2017. In this role, Michael is responsible for managing the entire Philips portfolio and fostering executive relationships to facilitate multi-modality solutions and contractual agreements. Michael has received the Pinnacle Award in both 2022 and 2023, recognizing outstanding performance. Previous roles include District Vice President of Sales (ad interim) and Regional Director of Healthcare Alliances at Philips, as well as a successful tenure at Stryker's Sustainability Solutions as a Cardiology/Radiology Account Manager, where Michael ranked #2 nationally in 2016. Michael began a career in sales with Eze Software Group and has a strong athletic background as a member of the University of Michigan's Men's Varsity Lacrosse Team. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan, enhanced by a sales certificate from the Ross School of Business, and previously attended Villanova University studying Economics.
