Mihail Milea

Mihail Milea is currently the Commercial Policy & Pricing Leader for Health Systems in Central and Eastern Europe at Philips, where they have been since 2017. With a strong background in pricing, commercial strategy, and revenue management, Mihail previously held positions such as Global Pricing Manager at CEB, now Gartner, and Analytics Manager at Equity Residential. They earned a Master of Business Administration from the Darla Moore School of Business and have pursued advanced studies in Marketing Research Techniques at DePaul University. Earlier in their career, Mihail worked in demand planning at Southland Log Homes and served as an Assistant Director of Analytics & Business Intelligence at the American Osteopathic Association.
