Mohamed Osman

Mohamed Osman is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in biomedical engineering and materials science. At Penn State College of Engineering, roles included Graduate Research Assistant in the Biomedical Imaging Department, where advancements in photoacoustic and ultrasound sensor development were spearheaded, and Graduate Teaching Assistant, instructing students on COMSOL Multiphysics applications. Previous internships at Rashpetco and Response Plus Medical provided hands-on experience in hydraulic testing and product research, respectively. Currently serving as a Materials Engineer at Philips, Mohamed designs and executes lab-scale experiments for bioactive formulations and conducts risk assessments for medical device compliance.
