Naama Cohen-Dahan is a Senior Clinical Development Scientist at Philips since August 2013, specializing in the Medical Device Directive (MDD) and EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) with a focus on clinical evaluations to ensure the safety and effectiveness of medical devices, particularly in Computerized Tomography (CT) as a class IIb device. Previously, Naama served as a Senior Clinical Scientist leading the Clinical Science for the Spectral CT family of scanners and worked at BioControl Medical from October 2006 to May 2013 as a Clinical Applications Engineer & Data Analysis Specialist, contributing to the development of the Class III ‘CardioFit’ implantable nerve stimulator for heart failure treatment. Naama holds a Master of Science (MSc) and an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a B.Sc. in BioMedical Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
