Navdeep Gill

Navdeep Gill is an experienced quality engineer with a strong focus on quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance within the medical device industry. Currently serving as a Quality Engineer - CAPA and QMS Project Manager at Philips Medical Systems DMC GmbH since February 2022, Navdeep oversees the deployment of QMS processes globally, including impact assessment and design control process implementation. Previously, Navdeep held significant roles at Siemens Healthineers as a Lead Engineer - Quality Management, ensuring compliance with ISO standards for medical device software, and at Infosys as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, where responsibilities included leading management review meetings and supporting audits. Navdeep also gained valuable experience at Aricent, NEC, and HSC, contributing to process definition, project support, and quality assurance activities. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Applications from Punjab Technical University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Guru Jambheshwar University.
