Nazia Hasan

Nazia Hasan is a seasoned HR Business Partner currently serving as the General Manager of Human Resources at Philips. With prior experience at IBM, Nazia held roles including Deputy General Manager of HR and HR Business Partner, where they managed HR strategies for diverse business units and supported over 60 senior leaders. Nazia began their academic journey with a B.A. in English Literature from Symbiosis International University and later earned an MBA in Human Resources from the Maharashtra Institute of Technology. Throughout their career, Nazia has focused on strategic partnering, performance management, and employee engagement.
