Paul Thorburn

Paul Thorburn has extensive experience in finance and accounting, serving as Finance Director for FP&A at Philips since March 2020, after holding various senior managerial positions within the company from January 2016 to March 2020. Prior to Philips, Paul worked as a Country Controller at Atrium European Real Estate Ltd. from November 2010 to December 2013. Earlier in the career, Paul gained valuable experience as an Audit Supervisor at Ernst & Young from January 2006 to December 2008 and at Deloitte from January 2009 to October 2010. Educational qualifications include an Honours Bachelor of Accounting Science from the University of Pretoria, a Certificate in the Theory of Accounting from the University of South Africa, and qualification as a Chartered Accountant/CPA from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
