Previously, Rachael held various senior roles at Philips, including Senior Director Consumer Engagement and Consumer Care, where responsibilities included scaling the consumer database and overseeing CRM development. Prior experience includes positions as Director of Customer Engagement Marketing at Monster and Marketing Lead at Microsoft Advertising. Rachael holds a BA (Hons) in Modern Languages & Business from the University of Hull and additional qualifications in marketing management.
