Rachel Young

Rachel Young has an extensive background in quality management systems and records management, having held significant roles at prominent healthcare companies. They began their career as a Quality Records Management Lead at Pfizer from 2006 to 2008, and then served as Records Management Lead at Bristol-Myers Squibb until 2012. Following that, Rachel worked at Philips Healthcare as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer from 2012 to 2016, before advancing to the position of Sr. Manager Q&R Systems at Philips Health Systems North America for a brief period in 2016. Rachel continued their journey at Philips, serving as Sr. Manager, NPSS Process and Systems from 2016 to 2020, and eventually became the Director/Head of PQMS in Shared Services QMS and later the Head of PQMS for the Global Group Function QMS.
